We are now entering a new chapter, one where we don't just give people content to watch, but help entire organizations learn together, grow together, and get real results. To do that, we need a CTO who can build fast and build right.

The mission

Corporate training has a fundamental problem: 80% of learning initiatives do not lead to any change. We're building a platform that aims to fix this: one that combines digital learning, peer collaboration, and structured follow-up to turn learning into something that actually changes how people work.

What you’ll do

This is a high-ownership role in a team that ships fast and cares deeply about craftsmanship.

You’ll:

• Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end (React/Next.js + Node.js/GraphQL)
• Own and evolve the Admin Tooling and Learner Experience — the workflows that make the platform easy to run and delightful to use
• Help map the next platform capabilities and translate them into robust product iterations (you won’t just implement tickets)
• Drive the next growth step: scaling competency program execution so Customer Success can run 10–20 programs in parallel (today it’s 1–2)
• Integrate AI-powered functionality and LLM-based features where it creates real product value
• Raise the bar for quality through testing, code reviews, and pragmatic standards (We don’t have a QA team — engineering owns quality.)
• Proactively improve performance, scalability, developer experience, and tech debt

You’ll step into ownership of core areas with a structured handover and strong support from the team.

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript

Cloud & Services: AWS (Cognito, S3, CloudFront, MediaConvert) + SSO

Analytics: Matomo

We value strong engineering fundamentals and product thinking over framework dogma — but experience with this stack is a plus.

Who you are

We’re looking for expert, high-agency builders. People who identify opportunities, marshal resources, and get things done — not wait to be told what to do.

Must have

• 5–10 years of experience in full-stack product development
• Strong frontend expertise (React/Next.js) and solid backend experience (Node.js)
• Product mindset: you collaborate, challenge assumptions, and think in outcomes
• Strong UI taste and attention to detail
• Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
• Experience integrating LLM-powered features into real products
• Comfort with modern development workflows, including AI-assisted coding/agents
• High quality standards (tests, reviews, monitoring, ownership) — you ship confidently without QA
• Systems thinking: you understand second-order effects across the stack
• Proactive and self-driven; you take initiative and move things forward

Nice to have

• Experience with e-learning products or LMS platforms
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS workflows and operational tooling
• Deeper AWS experience
